Inspired by Anantara Siam’s ceiling artwork reflecting the universe and celestial bodies, and the hotel’s grand staircase with its unfinished mural, Natsupon Phromsawat’s paper couture art delves into life’s mysteries. Deconstructing and reconstructing, it embodies the Sun, Moon, and Rahu.
Anantara’s Executive Pastry Chef Anupong Nualchawee reimagines the cosmic Pillars of Creation as a delightful Elephant Blanc dessert. A chocolate sphere holds rich ganache infused with Anantara Siam’s ‘Elephant Blanc’ tea blend. Enjoy warm scones, savoury bites, and sweet treats like pineapple tatin and raspberry pistachio tartlets.
