Lop Buri province will host the King Narai’s Reign Festival from Friday, 14 to Sunday, 23 February 2025, at the Narai Ratchaniwet Palace and surrounding historical landmarks.

This enchanting festival offers a range of immersive experiences, including a ceremonial tribute to King Narai the Great, a historical procession, captivating cultural performances, human chess, monkey plays, royal guard duty changes, traditional Thai wedding ceremonies, and an exhibition showcasing King Narai’s medicinal recipes.

Visitors can also enjoy a retro market and dazzling light displays illuminating the ancient sites, with nightly performances on the main stage. A special highlight will occur on 16 February, marking the anniversary of King Narai’s birth, with a merit-making ceremony followed by an extraordinary dance performance featuring over 4,500 dancers in traditional costumes.
