The Bangkok edition promises a gastronomic experience like no other, with more than 55 chefs and mixologists from 23 renowned restaurants and bars joining forces to create bespoke menus, dynamic partnerships, and immersive culinary experiences. Focusing on the fusion of local Thai flavours with global culinary expertise, the event is tailored for discerning food lovers eager to experience cutting-edge cuisine at its finest.

Leading the line-up is Chef Alvin Chew, whose international culinary experience melds seamlessly with the traditional Japanese expertise of Chef Fujisawa Nobuhiro, renowned for his mastery of Kaiseki and Dashi. Michelin-starred chef Christian Herrgesell brings his fine dining pedigree from Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, while Cantonese cuisine is elevated by Chef Kam’s expertise at The Silk Road.
