For just THB 1,150++ per person, diners can explore an extensive array of dim sum delicacies. Each dish is meticulously prepared using classic techniques like steaming, baking, stir-frying, and deep-frying, promising a genuine taste of Cantonese cuisine enhanced by Chef Yau’s culinary artistry.
Hailing from Hong Kong, Chef Yau Sui Wing brings over three decades of international culinary experience to the table. A maestro of both fusion and traditional Cantonese cuisine, Chef Yau boasts two Michelin accomplishments from Hong Kong and Shanghai. His deep understanding of flavours and dedication to culinary excellence shine through in every dish.
The dim sum menu features a diverse selection of mouth-watering options. Steamed highlights include the quintessential Ha Gao prawn dumplings and an elegant black truffle dumpling with vegetables and fresh mushrooms. The wok-fried turnip cake, served with Chef Yau’s signature XO sauce, and a baked fresh milk and egg white tart provide a delightful taste journey. Crispy selections like king crab meat and avocado spring rolls, alongside chives, scallop, and shrimp mini pancakes, offer a delectable crunch.
Beyond dim sum, the all-you-can-eat menu also includes appetisers, soups, main courses, and desserts. Appetisers feature Cantonese classics such as barbecued pork ribs with honey sauce and jellyfish with chilli and cucumber. Soups include a hot and sour Sichuan soup with shrimp, while main dishes range from fried rice with chicken and salted fish to wok-fried egg noodles with roasted duck and XO sauce. To end the meal on a sweet note, guests can enjoy desserts like black sesame dumpling with ginger tea and chilled sago with pomelo.
