After a refreshing Raspberry Yuzu Sorbet infused with Pink Pepper, the meal progresses to a sophisticated main course. Guests are treated to two iconic wines: the Clos Marey-Monge ’75 Range’ 2017 and Clos Marey-Monge Monopole 2015, accentuating the flavors of a Duo of Lamb dish. The wine dinner concludes on a sweet note with a luxurious Cassis Chocolate dessert, combining 80% chocolate cremeux, ginger blueberry compote, chocolate crunch, and a refreshing cassis sorbet.

A UNESCO-protected Climat of Burgundy since 2015, Clos Marey-Monge has been the home of the world’s finest Pinot Noir expressions for over two millennia. The interplay of its seven clay and limestone-rich terroir positions it as the Côte d’Or’s most intriguing monopole. Additionally, the Château produces Grand Cru, Premier Cru, Village, and Bourgogne wines from appellations across the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune.

Guiding the evening is Remi Marchand, Asia Area Director of Winery of Château de Pommard, who will share his profound knowledge of the storied vineyard, its history, and the lifestyle it represents.
