To celebrate this festival, IGNIV Bangkok presents a 19-dish meat-free menu, meticulously curated for enthusiasts who strictly abstain from animal products and strongly-flavoured vegetables.
This culinary artistry further solidifies IGNIV Bangkok’s reputation for embracing the abundant diversity and freshness of seasonal local produce, which includes red beets, nori, daikon, kalamansi, mushrooms, melon, pumpkin, and truffles. The vegetarian collection comprises a total of 19 dishes, each thoughtfully designed to accentuate the natural flavours and textures of the ingredients.
You can join the Vegetarian Festival celebration at IGNIV Bangkok on October 22 and 23, 2023, for dinner service from 5.30pm to 12am (last order at 9.30pm). The cost is THB 4,000++ per person.
