Dusit International has expanded its footprint in China with the much-anticipated inauguration of Dusit Thani Mogan Mountain, Huzhou. In celebration of this grand opening, the resort is introducing a special ‘Dusit Experience’ room package, starting at an enticing rate of just CNY 1,388 (USD 189, TH 6,974) per night.

Nestled in the pristine surroundings of Ying Valley Resort at the east foothills of Mogan Mountain in Zhejiang, Dusit Thani Mogan Mountain is the 11th upscale property carrying the Dusit brand in China.

Designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers seeking exceptional comfort and holistic well-being experiences, Dusit Thani Mogan Mountain is conveniently located, just a brief 20-minute drive from Huzhou city centre, and within one hour’s reach of Hangzhou and two hours from Shanghai. The high-speed railway station in  Deqing can be easily accessed in just 30 minutes.

Located 200 kilometres east of Shanghai, Mount Mogan has long been the playground of the Shanghai elite.

With cool temperatures during the region’s scorching summers, Moganshan retains a country lifestyle with a mix of local inns and old villas built early in the 20th century. The air here is remarkably rich in negative oxygen ions, boasting approximately 60,000 ions per cubic centimetre, which is six times higher than what you’d find in the city. This abundant supply of fresh, invigorating air makes the resort an ideal destination for those seeking rejuvenation away from the demands of modern life.

Dusit Thani Mogan Mountain, thoughtfully designed to harmonize with its breathtaking natural surroundings, features 22 deluxe guest rooms with a contemporary Thai aesthetic. Additionally, it offers three spacious villas with panoramic views of Lion Lake and the adjacent tea plantations. The property’s expansion plans include the development of 100 guest rooms and nine additional villas in stages.

In alignment with Dusit’s focus on wellness, Dusit Thani Mogan Mountain will soon introduce the exclusive Devarana Wellness centre, offering a wide range of Thai-inspired massage therapies and beauty treatments. This serene haven will include a traditional Thai healing spa, hot water pools, a fitness and movement center, an outdoor swimming pool, and dedicated spaces for mindful activities like Yoga, sound healing, and meditation.
