The St. Regis Bangkok continues to craft “The House of Celebration” legacy, a brand initiative to showcase The Best Address for celebrations. During a Mother’s Day celebration, culinary heritage and traditions are highlighted through the Exquisite Journey Menus that showcase the re-imagination of gastronomy.
At VIU restaurant, The St. Regis Bangkok presents its four-course Western Set Menu in collaboration with Ravipa, Thai jewellery brand in honor of all mothers to celebrate Mother’s Day in Thailand. Everyone that indulges in two Exquisite Journey Menus will receive a timeless, complimentary pearl bracelet from Ravipa, throughout August 2023.
The collaboration with Ravipa is one in the House of Celebration Series of The St. Regis Bangkok to position our hotel as the place for iconic celebrations since the time of the iconic brand’s founding family, The Astors, known for their lavish and incomparable gatherings. The House of Celebration defines a unique theme for each of the four seasons with limited-edition cultural, fashion, and dining experiences that highlight St. Regis’ beloved rituals and create new traditions across the finest addresses in the Asia Pacific region.

Ravipa is known for designing everyday wear items with creative global brand collaborations. The mother of pearl bracelet is presented as an exclusive offering for the Ravipa Mother’s Day collaboration. Alongside the exquisite bracelet, a complimentary petit four and one glass of jasmine-infused mocktail, called “Unconditional Love”, are served. The white chocolate pearl, dusted with silver powder and presented in a mother-of-pearl shell, represents the sophistication of mothers. The mocktail inspired by the flower associated with Mother’s Day embodies their unconditional love. Ravipa’s signature elements of auspicious meaning are also added in each creation of the Exquisite Journey Menu with the hope to protect mothers from harm and negative energy and bring fortune.

The four-course Western Set Menu X Ravipa Collaboration experience begins with a harmonious combination of flavors of succulent crabmeat, artisanal tomatoes, capers, and yellow raisins. The next course showcases pan-fried U.S. scallops in a velvety, slow-roasted Cauliflower Soup. Diners have a choice between two exceptional main course creations: the Baked Seabass en Papillote, served with fennel bulb or the Sous Vide Tenderloin, complemented with French forest mushrooms, and served with a 48-hour slow-cooked flavorful Chardonnay wine jus. To complete the meal, a creamy Summer Panna Cotta is enlivened with succulent berries sourced from the EU and USA, enhanced with a passion fruit sponge and Japanese yuzu caviar.
The 4-course Exquisite Journey Menu in collaboration with Ravipa, priced at THB 1,200++ per person, is available daily for lunch on Mondays to Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM and for dinner on Sundays to Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at VIU restaurant. Every two set meals ordered come with a complimentary Ravipa pearl bracelet, valued of THB 1,890 net, valid from August 1 to August 31, 2023, or while stocks last.
