Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach evokes the spontaneous social spirit of Thai dining in innovative village square concept.
Village Square features three open-kitchen restaurants and bars in the heart of the luxury lifestyle resort, coupled with three other beachfront concepts, from a vibey seafood-inspired restaurant to a Thai heritage teahouse, collectively immersing guests in a culinary journey that embraces a lively, social spirit, reminiscent of a Thai village.
Woven into 6.4 hectares of mature gardens, woodlands and beachfront between the up-and-coming leisure haven of Na Jomtien and the charming fishing community of Bang Saray, Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach features a distinctively local and contemporary design inspired by the site’s history as a private estate and the cultural heritage of the surrounding coastal villages.
The clusters of low-rise buildings, restored teakwood houses, native materials and handmade arts and crafts are inspired by the fishing villages that line this secluded stretch of coast, which has also distinctly influenced the resort’s culinary direction.

Village Square
At the heart of the resort, the Village Square houses three inviting, open-kitchen concept restaurants – Wok Wok, La Cucina and Village Butcher – which blend local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients with native cooking styles coupled with an upbeat atmosphere.
At Wok Wok, diners can discover Thai comfort food with live, wok-fried recipes. These include specialties such as khao soi goong mang gon (northern Thai noodle curry with lobster), poo phad pong karee (stir-fried Alaskan crab with curry powder) and gaeng phed ped yang (red curry with roasted duck), served amid Thai market-themed interiors.
La Cucina meanwhile, is a lively Italian trattoria that showcases authentic cuisine from Italy’s southern coastline, featuring freshly baked Neapolitan-style pizzas and dishes from a large pizza oven that takes centre-stage at the restaurant. In addition to local produce, guests can savor the finest ingredients imported from Italy, including premium cured meats at a dedicated charcuterie corner.
Completing the Village Square trilogy, Village Butcher is a classic steakhouse where diners can enjoy prime meats cooked on a Pira charcoal grill and served alongside a selection of fine wines. The menu features premium cuts of imported dry-aged and grass-fed beef, including the 200-day aged Black Angus ribeye, along with lobster cocktail, Alaskan crab cake, and lobster thermidor.
Each morning, these restaurants open up to stage Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach’s wide-ranging breakfast selections. With Asian breakfast favorites cooked to-order at Wok Wok, American-style dishes at Village Butcher, and European à la carte continental options at La Cucina, all served alongside artisan breads, freshly-baked pastries, tropical fruits and more, this is a wonderful way for guests to kick start the day.
Back to the Beach
Nestled on the beachside, overlooking the resort’s infinity pool and the shimmering sea beyond, Fish Club is a vibrant venue that sets the stage for social interactions and memorable meals. Enjoy light daytime bites including khao soi goong (northern Thai noodle curry with prawns), phad Thai goong mang gon (stir-fried rice noodles with lobster) and tuna tacos, plus refreshing Thai rum tiki cocktails at sunset. In the evening, guests can expect an immersive contemporary dinner menu featuring fresh seafood cooked on a coconut husk charcoal grill, including prawn satay, spicy squid, sea bass fillet and grilled Boston lobster. For night owls, Fish Club is also the perfect spot for late-night drinks with live DJ sets.
Set in lush gardens overlooking the beach sits Ruen Thai, a lovingly restored antique teahouse decorated with Thai silks and classical floor seating. Over here, guests have the opportunity to experience a living piece of history and enjoy a traditional themed afternoon set of blended Thai teas and Thai savoury and sweet deserts which are curated according to the seasons.
Over at the Teak Lounge guests can enjoy a morning coffee, a selection of the finest teas and pre- and post-dinner drinks. Must-try signature drinks include the Smoky Margarita cocktail, as well as non-alcoholic beverages such as the Thai Basil Lemonade and Watermelon Splash.
Thoughtfully Sourced, Carefully Served
The resort’s culinary team is led by Chef Vincenzo Gatti, the resort’s Executive Chef. Having commenced his career in Italy, he went on to work in top restaurants in Germany, the UAE, China and South Korea, before moving to Thailand in 2019.

Most importantly, guests will be immersed in a lively and social atmosphere reminiscent of a Thai village.”
