Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa, the five-star family lifestyle resort on Vietnam’s stunning central coast, has announced the launch of Vive Océane, a chic new seafront venue that becomes the first and only beach club restaurant in Danang.
Nestled directly on the golden sands of Non Nuoc Beach, overlooking the ocean, Vive Océane is an idyllic alfresco lounge that will tantalize travelers’ taste buds with exquisite French-Mediterranean and Vietnamese cuisine, crafted using local and seasonal ingredients – including fresh local seafood. Exuding an ambience of barefoot relaxation by day, before transforming into an uplifting and energizing venue after-dark, Vive Océane is set to attract a wide range of discerning guests.
Overseen by Executive Chef Pierre Tavernier, an epicurean expert who has worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs in leading restaurants and luxury hotels in Europe and Asia, Vive Océane is set to become one of the most sought-after dining and social destinations on this serene stretch of coast. Conceived by the interior design experts at Kingsmen, this is a vibrant venue with live show kitchens, an elegant indoor restaurant, shady alfresco decks and cozy cabanas. This makes it ideal for every occasion, from upbeat afternoons with family and friends to romantic couples’ evenings.
During the day, guests can unwind on a choice of comfy seats, including sofas, day beds and cabanas, while sipping refreshing drinks and savoring light bites. Then, as day turns to night, this stylish beach club sets the stage for sundown drinks, including signature cocktails which can be sipped while soaking up the chilled-out beachside vibe and listening to live music.
During the evening, Chef Pierre and his talented team will put on a show of culinary theater as they craft delectable dishes. On 2nd July, the resort launched Danang’s most exciting new Sunday Brunch, with an extensive selection of international dishes cooked to order by a regular line-up of guest chefs. For the inaugural “Rose Brunch,” Chef Pierre was joined by Matteo Fontana, Sakal Phoeung, Benoit Leloup and Olivier Corti, who came together to craft their own original dishes “à la minute.”
Live entertainment and a series of special programs will keep diners fully entertained. One new signature event is “Sun-Sational Night,” which takes place every Friday, is free to enter and offers a complimentary welcome cocktail and a 10% discount on food and drinks for early bird bookings!
Vive Océane will also be an inviting new option for outdoor events, including beachside cocktail evenings, private parties, team dinners and wedding receptions, with world-class catering from Chef Pierre.
“We are delighted to unveil Vive Océane, Danang’s first and only beach club, which is set to become a hot new destination for hotel guests and visitors alike. At Hyatt Regency Danang, we want to create immersive, one-of-a-kind experiences for all ages, and this beautiful new beachfront venue will cater for a wide range of occasions. Whether it’s a relaxing daytime drink, a memorable evening meal, a bountiful brunch or even a rewarding event, Vive Océane will usher in an exciting new era of social gastronomy on Vietnam’s central coast,” said Adrian Pulido, General Manager, Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa.
The opening of Vive Océane forms part of an extensive program of upgrades at Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa, which has also seen the revitalization of other F&B outlets. Osteria Al Mare, the resort’s Italian restaurant, has been rebranded and relaunched with a creative new “Share Share” concept, and Terrasse has been refurbished and reopened for pre-dinner drinks, artistic cocktails and crafted canapés, served amid comfy sofas and “brazero” fire pits.
Nestled on 700 meters of soft sand on Vietnam’s central coast, Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa is a five-star family resort that features 198 rooms and suites, 144 one- to three-bedroom residences and 18 three-bedroom villas, plus five outdoor pools, a fitness center, spa, and a diverse selection of restaurants and bars. Under the resort’s renovation project, an expanded Camp Hyatt kids’ club, revitalized villas and an all-new art gallery have also been revealed.
