Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park is inviting diners to experience Australia’s most exquisite ingredients this July with an exclusive partnership that will see one of Sydney’s leading chefs craft delectable dishes using Southern Ranges grass-fed beef from Victoria and Truffle Hill’s black truffles from Western Australia.

Goji Kitchen + Bar, the international culinary marketplace, will come together with Verduno Thailand, the importer of premium Australian produce, and José Saulog, Executive Chef of the Franca group of restaurants – including Franca Brasserie, the award-winning venue at Potts Point in Sydney, Parlar, an intimate tapas bar in Potts Point, and Armorica, the recently-opened restaurant in Surrey Hills – to treat hotel guests and local residents to a series of unique dining experiences.

From 21st to 30th July 2023, Chef José will be the guest chef at Goji Kitchen + Bar’s international buffets and brunches, where he will take over several live stations using Verduno Thailand’s exceptional imported ingredients, including prime Australian beef and black truffles.

The popular Parilla Charcoal Grill Station will showcase Southern Ranges SR4 grass-fed beef, which is raised in the verdant countryside of Victoria and has a marbling score of 4+. Exquisite cuts including the finest 28-day dry-aged prime rib-eye steak, NY striploin and bavette flank steak, will be cooked to perfection and served with roasted marrow bones and Franca’s salsa verde. Guests at Goji Kitchen + Bar’s popular Sunday Brunch will also be able to tuck into Southern Ranges spectacular

Premium Australian beef will also be available at the Cold Live Station, which will present Armorica’s signature steak tartare with horseradish and toasted laver bread, and at Chef José’s Live Cooking Station, which will serve succulent braised beef cheeks with guindillas chilis & Pedro Ximénez jus and Truffle Hill’s black winter truffle risotto in a parmesan wheel. At the Thai Grill Station, Goji Kitchen + Bar’s talented Thai chefs will present grilled short rib “Asado” with a Vadouvan spice blend, and the Seafood Live Station will feature Franca’s popular seafood dish of Australian langoustine crudo with herring roe caviar, smoked tomato oil and orange. Diners can end their culinary experience at the Dessert Station with a silky smooth Australian milk gelato with Alto robust olive oil, Thai sea salt flakes and grated black winter truffles from Truffle Hill.
